All content on Match the Frequency, including game code, educational articles, graphics, and audio, is either original work or used with proper permission/licensing.

Counter-Notification

- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was mistaken or unlawful
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the appropriate venue
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Match the Frequency will:

- Cooperate with law enforcement in appropriate circumstances

Match the Frequency qualifies for the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA (17 U.S.C. ยง 512) by:
