You agree to use Match the Frequency for lawful purposes only. You must:

2. Account and Username

When you create an account by entering a username, you agree that:

Your username must comply with community guidelines (no hate speech, slurs, or explicit content)
You are responsible for the security of your username and any actions taken using it
You have no expectation of privacy for your username or gameplay data in shared multiplayer rooms
We reserve the right to modify or remove usernames that violate community standards
Usernames cannot be changed after your first game session begins

3. Community Conduct

Match the Frequency is a community game. We expect respectful, fair conduct from all players:

Fair Play: Cheating, using exploits, or unfair tactics will result in action
Respectful Communication: Chat and messaging must remain respectful and appropriate
No Harassment: Targeted harassment, discrimination, or abuse of other players is prohibited
Reporting: Use the bug report feature to report violations or suspicious behavior

Violations may result in removal from lobbies, chat restrictions, or account suspension at our discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

When you use Match the Frequency, you may generate or share content (usernames, chat messages, bug reports):

You retain all rights to your content
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content
You are solely responsible for the content you generate. We are not liable for any consequences
